While maintaining elements of the Snoezelen room is simple, there are many that are designed to be touched often, leading to some failures due to lack of maintenance.

To avoid these faults and with the intention that the elements of multi-sensory stimulation rooms can be used during its lifetime, Handycat offers its customers a maintenance service with technical support.

This maintenance is performed by technicians of the company who are responsible for reviewing the items, making necessary repairs and verifying that everything is in perfect condition to be used safely.
